1. The Service & AI Disclosure

• Reworded.xyz provides AI-driven content transformation services.
• Third-Party Providers: Our Service utilizes high-performance third-party AI inference providers, including Groq, to process and generate content.
• Nature of AI: You acknowledge that AI-generated content can occasionally be inaccurate, biased, or incomplete (often referred to as "hallucinations").
• Human Review: You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing all output before publication. Creator's Loom and Kavenlabs are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of unedited AI-generated content.

2. Token Economy & Payments

• Our service operates on a "Pay-As-You-Go" token system designed for flexibility.
• Token Packs: Tokens are purchased in bundles of 25, 50, or 125.
• No Expiration: Purchased tokens do not expire. They remain in your account until used, as long as the Service is operational.
• No Refunds: Due to the immediate infrastructure and API costs associated with AI processing, all token purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Free Tier: Any promotional tokens provided upon sign-up are a courtesy and may be modified or revoked at the discretion of the Service.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• Your Content: You retain full ownership and copyright of the original text/data you input into the Service.
• Generated Output: We claim no ownership over the content generated for you. To the extent permitted by law, the output belongs to you.
• Our Proprietary Rights: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service—including the reworded.xyz domain, the Kavenlabs development framework, the Creator's Loom brand identity, and all proprietary source code, software, and architecture—are the exclusive property of the Service owners.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use Reworded.xyz to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or promotes hate speech.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the software or bypass the token/payment systems.
• Abuse our API or infrastructure through automated scraping or "botting".

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creator's Loom, Kavenlabs, and their developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or brand reputation) arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service.
• Service interruptions or third-party API (Groq) downtime.
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the AI-generated output.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. If an account is terminated due to a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, any remaining tokens will be forfeited without a refund.

7. Governing Law & Future Transfer

• Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
• Corporate Transfer: You acknowledge that Creator's Loom reserves the right to transfer these terms and all associated data to a registered corporate entity at any time without prior notice.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
