• To Provide the Service: We use your input text to generate social media posts.
• Token Management: We track your usage to accurately deduct tokens from your balance.
• Communication: We may use your email to send technical updates or important notices regarding your account.

3. AI Processing & Third-Party Sharing

• AI Inference (Groq): To transform your content, your input is processed via Groq APIs.
• Data Privacy in AI: Your input data is processed solely for generating your output and is not used by our third-party providers to train their public large language models.
• No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your input content to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention & Security

• Input Content: We store your repurposed content only as long as necessary to provide you with a history of your work.
• Tokens: Your token balance data is stored securely in our database and does not expire.
• Security: We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Your Rights

Regardless of your location, we provide the following "Sovereign" data rights:

• Access & Export: You may request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Deletion: You may request that we delete your account and all associated data at any time. (Note: Account deletion results in the forfeiture of any remaining tokens.)
• Correction: You may update your account information at any time.

6. International Transfers

As Reworded.xyz is a global service operated from Nigeria, your data may be processed in servers located outside your home country. By using the Service, you consent to these transfers.
